Welcome to Dwarven.Shop Elliseran, home of fantasy art, mystical STL files, and the creative craftsmanship of the Dwarves of the Five Islands.
This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver both digital and physical goods to our customers around the world.


1. Digital Downloads (STL Files, Digital Art, E-Books)

1.1 Instant Delivery

All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
You will receive:

  • An email containing your download link

  • A permanent copy stored in your account library

Downloads remain available unless:

  • You delete your account

  • A legal requirement forces file removal

  • A product is retired from the shop

1.2 No Shipping Fees

Digital goods do not incur shipping charges.


2. Physical Products (Art Prints & Other Shipped Items)

If your shop offers physical items, this section applies.

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for most products

  • Longer for custom-made items (clearly stated on product pages)

Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

2.2 Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers depending on your region.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Common carriers may include:

  • La Poste (France)

  • Colissimo

  • UPS / DHL / FedEx

  • EU postal partners

2.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Average shipping times:

  • France: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 4–10 business days

  • UK: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–21 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–28 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

2.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or GST

  • Customs fees

These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices.


3. Shipping Delays

Dwarven.Shop Elliseran cannot be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Postal strikes

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

We will always help you track your parcel if possible.


4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

4.1 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost or stalled:

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • A replacement or refund may be issued depending on the situation


5. Order Changes & Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If you made an error:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@dwarven.shop

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address

  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses given by the customer.


6. Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This will not affect your overall shipping cost.


7. Tracking Information

Most physical orders include tracking.
Tracking details are sent automatically via email when your order ships.

Digital downloads do not include tracking, as delivery is instant.
